How does personalisation work?
Upload your photo and enter the requested personalisation details before adding your Lumorie to your basket. We use the information you provide to create your personalised design.
What type of photo should I upload?
For the best result, choose a clear, high-quality photo where the people or subjects are easy to see. Avoid very dark, blurry or heavily cropped images whenever possible.
How long does personalisation take?
Your personalised order is normally prepared within 1–3 business days before dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery can take up to 10 business days after your order has been dispatched.
Is UK delivery free?
Yes. We offer free delivery across the UK.
Can I change my personalisation after ordering?
Because personalised orders can enter production quickly, contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
Can I return a personalised item?
Because each Lumorie is made specifically for you, personalised products are generally not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described.
